We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join a busy manufacturing facility.
This is a varied administrative role suited to a solid, experienced administrator who is organised, professional and confident dealing with people at all levels.
The Role
Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for a range of general office and administrative duties, as well as providing a professional reception function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and recording employee clock-ins and working hours
- Maintaining accurate holiday records
- Preparing and recording meeting minutes
- General office administration and maintaining accurate records
- Answering calls and dealing with visitors in a professional manner
- Responding to emails and general enquiries
- Producing correspondence and documents as required
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who is a good, dependable administrator with excellent organisational skills and a professional approach.
You'll need to be:
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- A confident and professional communicator
- Discrete and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Reliable and able to manage your own workload
- Comfortable dealing with people at all levels
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Professional, approachable and well presented
Previous experience in a similar office administration or reception role is essential, and experience dealing with employee records, hours or holidays would be advantageous.
