Pressure Test & Clean Room Technician
Luton, Bedfordshire
£31,350.15 basic 1/3 shift allowance (£41,800.20 total)
Monday–Thursday 3:45pm–1:30am
We’re recruiting for a Pressure Test & Clean Room Technician to join a specialist aerospace manufacturing environment in Luton.
You’ll work with high-value aerospace components, carrying out precision cleaning, inspection, part marking and pressure testing within a controlled clean room environment.
Key responsibilities
- Precision cleaning of aerospace components
- Operating ultrasonic cleaning and inspection equipment
- Pressure, leak and functional testing
- Part marking and traceability
- Visual inspection and quality checks
- Completing production and quality records
- Following strict safety, quality and contamination-control procedures
We're looking for
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience handling high-value or precision components
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
- Aerospace, clean room or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Pressure testing or engineering drawing experience is advantageous
