Multi-Skilled Joiner — Basingstoke
£25.70per hour Van & Fuel Card 39 hrs/week Temp to Perm Role
We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Havant & Gosporton a Temp to Perm Basis
The Role
Carpentry will be your primary trade, backed up by multi-trade repair skills to help deliver first-time fixes for residents. You'll work independently, manage your own workload, keep accurate job records, and maintain your van, tools,all while delivering great customer service.
There's also the option to join the on-call, out-of-hours rota, paid at £525 for the week you're on call (full details discussed at interview).

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/ City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong joinery skills plus solid multi-trade ability
- Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
- Confident working independently and solving problems on the tools
- Good health & safety awareness
- Social housing experience desirable
- Own power tools required
