Mechanical Estimator - Intermediate to Senior
South West / Bristol £50,000 - £75,000 Car Allowance Remote Working
Build Recruitment are working with a leading engineering business who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator, from Intermediate through to Senior level.
You'll join an established work-winning team, providing accurate and commercially competitive pricing across a range of major projects within MOD, MOJ, NHS, industrial and commercial sectors.
The Role
- Prepare estimates and tenders for Mechanical projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Work closely with the work-winning, engineering and commercial teams.
- Identify risks, opportunities and potential cost savings.
- Support bids from initial enquiry through to submission.
- Manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
About You
- Previous experience within Mechanical Estimating.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical building services.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good Excel and IT skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience with major projects would be advantageous.
What's on offer: £50,000-£75,000 depending on experience, car allowance on top, plus remote working. The role can be based across the South West, with Bristol as the office base.
