Jobstore are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading production business based in Bolton to conduct high quality component Soldering and Wiring Assembly work. We are looking for applicants who MUST have previous hands on experience in soldering, component assembly, heat shrinking and wiring and tinning to join this leading organisation.
This is a 4 days a week position, working Monday to Thursday 7am until 5pm with Friday off although flexibility is offered for the right people. We are looking for candidates who are looking for long term work. Ongoing training is assured for the successful candidate.
Your main duties will include:
- Follow standard operating procedures to assemble components, preparing wiring and cabling appropriately using soldering equipment.
- Soldering components wiring, working on sub-assemblies and final assemblies of production and/or development products.
- Simple testing of assembled products.
- Carrying out all necessary cleaning and tidying duties.
- Adhering to the high standard of health and Safety held on this site.
A great attention to detail along with the ability to handle micro sized components is essential in this job.
