Jobstore is currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to join our clients leading manufacturing operation based in Rossendale. We are looking for an applicant who is used to working in a manufacturing or distribution background, with great communication and team working skills.
The role involves:
- Managing customer orders
- Handling queries
- Preparing sales quotations
- Processing invoices
- Upselling when the opportunity arises
- Helping the sales team to process orders
- Coordinating production planning
- Ensuring that the correct paperwork is in place
- Arranging transport
- Ensuring customer paperwork is correct and in place for orders
No cold calling in this role. We are also looking for someone with good social media skills and a high level of computer literacy. Good spreadsheet experience is essential.
This is a Monday to Friday operation - working 8.00am - 5.00pm, with an early finish on a Friday. Great future career prospects are assured along with a great family feel working environment.
