Jobstore are looking to find a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our clients team in Welwyn. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Enhanced DBS. Working 1.00pm to 8.00pm, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain, at all times, a clean, tidy and uncluttered environment in the reception area.
- Attend to all Reception Service enquiries.
- Communicate directions and other relevant information to each visitor immediately upon request.
- Deliver the Reception Service in accordance with the Tenants agreed protocols.
- Take receipt of courier deliveries, and notify the recipient and/or the Portering Service (as instructed by the recipient) within 10 minutes of receipt.
- Hold courier items in readiness for collection, and notify the sender or the Portering Service if not collected by the collection time.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
