Jobstore are looking for an experienced Janitor to join one of our longstanding clients based in North Manchester. You will be working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am-16.00pm. All applicants must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
To undertake duties concerned with the maintenance and care of the premises both internally and externally, so as to ensure a safe and satisfactory working environment.
Main Duties will Include:
- Grounds and car park areas as appropriate.
- Carpet shampooing.
- Wall cleaning.
- Stripping and sealing floor surfaces, using spray burnishing and other automatic equipment.
- Blinds and light fittings.
- Replenishing roller towels, soap, toilet rolls and other toiletries.
- Kitchen extraction units.
