Jobstore are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver/Loader to join our client based locally in Bury. This role involves driving HGV Class 2 refuse vehicles to collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste across the area, working alongside a dedicated team to deliver excellent waste collection and recycling services to local commercial and private locations.
Job Overview:
- Drive HGV Class 2 refuse vehicles to collect waste from various areas
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide waste collection and recycling services
- Maintain high standards of service delivery in both waste collection and recycling
Key Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Full CPC qualification
- A maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- No DR or IN convictions
- Physically fit and able to walk 10-15 miles per day within designated areas
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both colleagues and the public
