Jobstore are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution warehouse team based on the outskirts of Carlisle CA6 working on the night/early morning shift. Shifts available will be from 03.30am working through to 09.30am, we are looking for applicants who can commit to up to 5 shifts per week but can be flexible through the week.

This will be a pro-active position, with a great team, where you will be required to help organise the stock load and load vehicles ready to go out to customers. You must be able to lift and move heavy objects.

The role involves a variety of tasks including:

  • Loading & unloading vehicles
  • Moving heavy items
  • Stacking & racking them into position
  • Handling paperwork
  • Checking deliveries

This is a busy warehouse and involves physically tough, manual work with a lot of heavy lifting. A friendly and positive attitude is a must. You have to be a team player with the ability to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
