Our client based on Trafford Park is looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join their Night trunking team on a Temporary ongoing basis - Immediate starts available for those able.

Pay: £17 per hour

Working hours: 6:30pm - 6:30am Monday to Friday (Negotiable weekends)

About the Job:

  • Conduct and complete deliveries / pick ups as scheduled by Operations
  • Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure vehicle(s) road safety.
  • Consistently liaise with Office team to ensure daily and accurate status reports
  • Follow all company procedures, customer procedures and the Highway Code
  • Complete all deliveries and collections as manifested
  • Comply with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations
  • Maintain all health and safety standards
  • Ensure your vehicle is kept clean and tidy

Qualification and Skills:

  • HGV C+E (Class 1) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and DQC
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Able to maintain conversation with Customers
  • General Administration
