Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at providing better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. The individual should be self-driving, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we’d love to meet you.
In this role you will:
- Provide inverter installation instruction and maintenance training
- Answer consulting phone calls and reply to e-mails for customer support
- Conduct remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting
- Perform inverter replacement and defect inverter troubleshooting, and be able to do site visits when needed
- Collect clear after-sales support cases and report data to the leader
- Engage in other teamwork assigned by the team leader
Having knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility Based Projects is an advantage. Responsible for after-sales support activity in a particular region.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
- Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the solar industry
- Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year
- Good communicator with fluent English
