About the Role: This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin or advance their career as a sales executive within a structured training programme, progressing into a fully fledged Sales Executive & Account Manager in Year 2. The role combines office and field-based work, with hybrid flexibility introduced after qualification. As part of a wider national cohort, you'll receive comprehensive development in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, door-to-door approaches, pipeline management, and end-to-end customer account growth. Over the 12-month programme, you will take part in residential training, follow a globally developed playbook, and receive regular 1-2-1 guidance from experienced sales coaches. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career as a professional sales executive, backed by exceptional training and clear progression pathways. This position offers a competitive base salary and lifetime residual commission, ensuring serious earning potential as you mature into a top-performing sales executive and account manager. Given how comprehensive the training is, we are able to consider those who do not currently have sales experience but who can show the right mentality, competitive nature and attitude to learning to flourish in a sales environment.
About the Candidate:
