Evolve are delighted to be partnering with a leading online pharmacy that is seeking a Non-Patient Facing Pharmacist Manager to join their team in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a modern, digitally driven pharmacy, combining robust clinical governance with progressive, forward-thinking leadership. You’ll play a key role in shaping services within a dynamic, design-led environment that values innovation, quality, and exceptional patient care. This role works with around 25,000 items per month.
Role details: This is a full-time, permanent role, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Ideal Requirements for the Non-Patient Facing Pharmacist Manager:
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a clear Fitness to Practise record
- Confident and effective leader, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Highly adaptable, with proven capability in fast-paced, high-volume online pharmacy environments
- Detail-oriented and professional, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day pharmacy operations, acting as the Responsible Pharmacist and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Providing clear clinical and professional leadership to a high-performing pharmacy team
- Embedding robust SOPs, governance, and safe working practices to maintain consistently high standards
- Driving continuous service improvement, enhancing efficiency, quality, and innovation across the pharmacy
- Supporting sustainable growth through the development and implementation of new ideas, processes, and ways of working
