You won’t be closing deals—your success is measured by the quality of appointments you generate.

- Following up warm leads and nurturing prospects where appropriate
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in telesales, lead generation or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
- Resilient, motivated and target-driven
- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and admin
- Someone who takes pride in quality conversations, not just call volume
Experience in facilities management, cleaning, education or public sector sales is a bonus — but not essential.

- Enhanced commission for appointments that convert into contracts
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential — the more quality appointments you generate, the more you earn
(Full commission structure shared at interview.)
