Following a highly successful launch in the UK and a fantastic first year of growth, Komet Dental UK is continuing to build out its direct sales team as momentum accelerates across the market. Consult are proud to be supporting Komet with the appointment of a Territory Manager, covering South East England, South London and nearby areas, as part of the next phase of their UK expansion.
This is a rare chance to join Komet Dental UK at an early but proven stage. Having established a strong platform following their first year in the UK, the business is now investing further in high-quality sales talent to support long-term growth. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dental professionals across your territory, promoting Komet’s premium product portfolio and helping shape the future of Komet’s direct-to-customer model in the UK. This role will suit a consultative, relationship-led sales professional with strong dental knowledge and the drive to build something long term.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell Komet Dental products to new and existing dental professionals within the territory
- Build and execute structured territory and account plans aligned to clear KPIs and sales targets
- Proactively engage customers through appointments, presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop long-term relationships by providing high levels of product knowledge, service and support
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer segmentation
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback
- Attend and support local and national trade events, exhibitions and clinical education meetings
- Accurately record activity, pipeline and performance within CRM systems
- Manage regular travel across the territory, including occasional overnight stays
- Proven track record in a field-based sales role within dental or medical devices
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Solid understanding of dental products and workflows (rotary instruments / endodontics advantageous)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation, time management and territory planning ability
- Comfortable working autonomously within a growing sales organisation
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within dental or healthcare
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets within a defined territory
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
