What are you going to do
We require a construction student or recent graduate to provide temporary Site Supervisor cover on an active Drift Services project at Aston University, Birmingham, for approximately 2.5 weeks. You must hold a valid CSCS card and First Aid certificate and ideally be studying Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Site Management or a related discipline. You will receive a full brief from our Operations Manager, who will show you the site, daily routines, documentation and exactly what is required. You will then be supported throughout by our experienced operational team on site, with our wider project and management team available remotely. Responsibilities include maintaining site records, monitoring site standards, supporting inductions and toolbox talks, overseeing housekeeping and access, and escalating any concerns. Our specialist drilling team will undertake the technical works. We need someone organised, sensible and confident who wants valuable hands-on experience on a major construction project.
