What You’ll Do:
> Partner with recruiters and founders to deeply understand urgent, high-priority technical hiring needs
> Source and engage senior technical talent (L6–L8 engineers, ML researchers, eng leaders) from FAANG, top startups, and frontier tech firms
> Run top-of-funnel outreach across multiple client roles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, and more
> Own pipelines across 3–5 active client searches at once — no hand-holding
> Conduct screens and write clear, compelling candidate summaries
> Maintain clean, up-to-date tracking in our ATS/CRM
> Be on when our clients need us — even if that’s evenings or weekends
What We’re Looking For:
> 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent in fast-paced environments (agency or in-house)
> A proven track record sourcing top-tier engineers and technical leaders (L6–L8+) at elite tech companies
> Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, scraping tools, etc.) and comfort using platforms like Gem, Github, and X (please don\’t apply if you\’ve never used the last 2)
> Strong writing and communication skills — you know how to get replies
> Ability to juggle multiple client priorities with minimal supervision
> Comfortable with a performance-driven, commission-based structure
> This is not a 9–5 role: we’re looking for someone who’s all-in and thrives on urgency and ownership
