Are you a TA Specialist looking for new opportunities and a project to embrace and to help implement? For our branch in London we are looking for a:
Responsibilities- Taking care of the entire search and selection process, from the analysis of the customer’s needs to the closing of the selection process.
- Management of the search process, evaluation and selection of valuable profiles for client companies, through recruiting and consultancy activities (posting of job advertisements, CVs screening, management of interviews with candidates, drafting of candidates’ profiles, Head Hunting, management of final negotiations and the insertion of the final candidate in the company).
- Job ads publication, applications screening, first contacts.
- At least 2‑3 years experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, better if in an HR agency.
- Fluent English, the knowledge of any extra language will be a plus.
- Passion for brand new projects and for working in multicultural environments.
- Flexibility, energy and proactivity, confident and positive approach.
- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
Work location: London (Spitalfields). The remuneration will be discussed in a further step of the selection process; the offer will be competitive and in line with the market average.
