We’re hiring for a people-focused sales role based in Callow Hill, Brinkworth, helping businesses across the UK find fuel card solutions that save them time and money. No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is confidence, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

- £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £500 per month, with top performers earning more)

- Hybrid working: Monday to Wednesday on-site, Thursday and Friday remote, plus one Saturday morning in four (remote)

What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers across a range of sectors
- Qualifying leads, processing applications, and supporting new accounts through their first 10 weeks
- Building strong relationships by offering tailored advice on fuel card benefits
- Working towards clear KPIs around applications, activations, and usage
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent onboarding experience
This role is ideal if you:
- Have experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, or any phone-based role
- Are confident, resilient, and motivated by targets
- Can handle objections and communicate clearly
- Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
