What You’ll Do
- Service and maintain industry-leading fire suppression systems for our valued customers.
- Ensure workplaces remain safe and compliant, supporting our Zero Harm culture.
- Deliver against performance KPIs, including deficiency resolution and revenue targets.
- Provide expert fault-finding, problem-solving, and customer support.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
How You’ll Do It
- Test and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre-action, deluge, foam) plus hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies.
- Operate and flow-test diesel and electric pumps.
- Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards through accurate electronic reporting.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience with professionalism and technical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Essential- Proven experience servicing mechanical fire suppression systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated—able to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reporting
