£24,000-28,000 Private Client / Wills Paralegal is required to join a company that is the market leader for private client work. Due to an expansion of the estate planning team due to its success, they are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to assist its growing team. Remote working or offices across the UK. This opportunity can be done on a remote working basis or alternatively attendance at one of their offices across Manchester, Bristol, Stratford Upon Avon or Sheffield offices. Our client is flexible to accommodate childcare or caring responsibilities and would be open to a 4-day week also.
Responsibilities
- Be able to manage a caseload of private client work and ensure relevant parties are updated with the completion of cases.
- Draft a variety of documents which will include wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
- Be confident in communicating with clients over the phone and over email providing a great customer service.
Qualifications
- Have previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients on private client matters either in an in-house or private practice setting of up to 12 months.
- Be able to prioritise workloads and experience managing own cases.
- Be able to communicate with clients efficiently and effectively.
