As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your standalone store with energy, empathy and commercial flair. You’ll inspire your team daily to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that champions wellbeing. Supported by your line manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations – from local strategy and events to stock and people management – ensuring your store thrives as a true wellbeing hub.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and company objectives
- Develop quarterly business plans aligned to targets, events and new product launches
- Manage payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting and stock orders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Create engaging in-store content for online and social platforms
- Conduct 1-1s, reviews and goal setting to nurture team development
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that inspires wellbeing
- Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Plan and host local in-store events and brand partnerships
- Recruit, train and mentor your team with a focus on growth and education
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
You’ll already have at least two years’ experience managing a standalone retail store, ideally within a health or beauty environment. You’re a natural leader who motivates with positivity, treats others with kindness and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Experienced retail manager with strong commercial awareness
- Proactive, organised and confident using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive
