We are looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Branch Manager to support our new Stevenage Hub. You will be working side-by-side with the Branch Manager to support the team, keep operations on track and ensure our customers are happy. If you have experience in sales, team leadership, and know your way around the automotive or trade world, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to run the branch day-to-day supporting with everything from sales to operations
- Working closely with the Branch Manager to hit targets and grow the business
- Leading, coaching, and supporting your team so they can do their best work
- Making sure stock is in check and everything is where it needs to be
- Building great relationships with customers and ensuring they are well looked after
- Taking the reins when the Branch Manager is away
What We Are Looking For:
- Some experience in a similar role, maybe you have been a team leader or assistant manager before
- A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed
- Someone who is commercially aware and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
