Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, a leading Manufacturer of HVAC Solutions who are on the lookout for a Specification Manager to cover the UK. The ideal candidate will be based in the Southern part of the UK, will have solid experience in specification sales and bring strong technical knowledge of HVAC Solutions & Electric Heating Systems and work as part of a customer facing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, architects, developers, and contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the project pipeline from early design to installation.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive specification of our HVAC & Electric Heating portfolio across targeted projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Specification Manager or similar role within the HVAC sector.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Established network within the UK construction and M&E consultancy ecosystem.
Salary & Benefits
- Circa £55,000
