The Opportunity

Set within a private estate, the spa is a core pillar of the guest experience and has the investment, vision, and creative freedom to rival the world’s most celebrated destinations. You will lead the spa’s evolution toward Best Luxury Spa status, overseeing every detail—from guest journey and treatment innovation to team culture, revenue performance, and international recognition. This role offers genuine influence, autonomy, and the chance to create something iconic.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is designed for an elite spa professional with proven five-star, international experience. You will likely have:

  • Senior spa leadership experience in a world-class, ultra-luxury environment
