Overview
We are looking for a Bid Support Executive to support bids from start to finish and help shape how we improve our bid processes and tools.
What you will be doing day-to-day:
- Supporting the bid team across the full bid lifecycle
- Managing our tender alert platform Contracts Advance and qualifying opportunities
- Owning smaller bid submissions (EOIs, selection questionnaires and market engagements)
- Coordinating framework agreements and keeping everything compliant and on track
- Acting as the APMP team lead and sharing best practice across the team
- Improving bid processes and helping build internal training/resources
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal and SMEs across the business
What we are looking for:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Super organised, detail-focused and deadline-driven
- Able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Positive energy and team-first attitude
