- Microsoft Desktop OS & Office Systems
- Microsoft Server OS & Virtualisation
- Active Directory Administration
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless
- Hardware: Printers, Desktops, Servers
- Mobile Devices
- Email, Antivirus & Backup solutions
- Manage incidents and requests against defined SLAs
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and share knowledge
