Reds10, an award-winning off-site construction company, is looking for an immediate start Site Manager to join our dynamic team. We design and deliver high-quality, sustainable buildings for the public sector and this role will oversee the refurbishment and improvement of Defence accommodation. At Reds10, we’re not just building structures—we’re creating exceptional experiences for our clients and their communities, with Health and Safety at the heart of everything we do.

As a Site Manager, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site operations, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Manage programmes, subcontractors, and resource planning.
  • Oversee quality control, testing, commissioning, and inspections.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all site-related issues and escalation.
  • Monitor progress, report to the Head of Construction, and flag potential risks.
  • Keep the team engaged, productive, and aligned with project goals.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
  • IT literate - Essential
  • SMSTS qualification – Essential
  • CSCS card – Essential
  • First Aid at work – Essential
  • Knowledge or prior use of ACC (Autodesk) - Desirable
