Responsibilities

  • Keep Things Moving: Carry out planned maintenance (PPMs) and assist with both electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
  • Problem Solve: Diagnose faults on automated machinery and help implement long-term fixes.
  • Project Support: Get involved with equipment upgrades and reliability initiatives.
  • Teamwork: Work alongside production teams to minimize downtime and maintain high safety standards.

What you will need to bring

  • Electrical Knowledge: You should hold a recognized electrical qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or HNC/D). Being 18th Edition trained is preferred.
  • Background: Experience in Food, FMCG, or high-speed manufacturing is ideal. If you come from a similar fast-paced sector, we are still open to your application.
  • Technical Interest: A basic understanding of PLCs, conveyors, and automated systems.
