About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Secondary Sales to lead new customer acquisition and expand Tes’ presence in the UK secondary school sector. You’ll manage a team of Business Development Professionals, driving sales strategies and cross-selling Tes products to existing accounts, including small Groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
- Design and execute strategic plans for new customer acquisition
- Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate growth
- Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocate for secondary schools
