Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards, leading audits, managing customer quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the QMS to AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and ISO/IEC 17025
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external and customer audits
- Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and submissions
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure effective process documentation and control
- Support supplier quality activities and performance
- Lead and develop a quality assurance team
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a quality leadership role within aerospace manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and related aerospace standards
- Experience in forging, machining, or metallurgical environments
- Proven audit, compliance, and problem-solving experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
