About The Client

Roles / Responsibilities
- Full leadership, coaching, and performance management of a national sales team
- Responsibility for a team of 9 sales professionals (field-based and internal), with scope to grow the team
- Delivering approximately 10% year-on-year revenue growth
- Driving new business development while protecting and expanding existing accounts
- Senior-level management of two major blue-chip, household-name customers
- Spending regular time in the field coaching and developing sales colleagues
- Using CRM and ERP systems to drive forecasting, visibility, and commercial discipline
- Operating as a hands-on sales leader with both strategic oversight and day-to-day engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a comparable sales team (5+ years preferred)
- Proven success managing and developing field-based sales professionals
- Strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth
- Experience operating at senior level with major national or blue-chip customers
- Confident, credible, and commercially astute leadership style
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP highly beneficial
- Background in hard goods, industrial, manufacturing, or technically led B2B environments advantageous
