Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based Education provider seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will report into the HR Manager and act as the first point for general HR enquiries and requests, onboarding, absence management and payroll.
As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:
- Maintain sickness and absence records for employees on long-term absence, maternity leave or expected periods of absence
- Support HR Manager and HR Officer in relation to safer recruitment process and safeguarding matters
- Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
- Adding new starters to the HRIS and ensuring inductions are in place
- Support with the administration of performance management through the appraisal cycle
- Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
