We’re hiring for a high-end creative design studio in London who are looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead their social and marketing presence. This is a hands-on senior role for someone with strong visual taste, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for design — matched with zeal, enthusiasm, compassion, and sincerity in how they work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and own their Social & Marketing Strategy
- Act as the link between Marketing, Business Development, and Head of Studio
- Create, approve, and oversee all content across channels
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns (social, email, paid, newsletters)
- Develop and manage social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, Twitter/X)
- Create content directly (incl. Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns
- Track performance and optimise using analytics (e.g. GA)
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Represent the studio across events and PR moments
