Are you obsessed with short-form video, always chasing the next thumb-stopping idea, and happiest when you’re out capturing content in the real world? We’re looking for a Senior Social and Content Account Executive who lives and breathes social. Someone with a sharp creative eye, confident in-front and behind the camera (and iPhone), and skilled at turning raw footage into scroll-stopping gold. This role is perfect for someone who combines hands-on content creation with strategic thinking: you’ll pitch ideas, plan shoots, capture authentic moments, edit creatively and deliver high-performing content that moves the needle for brands.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Social and Content Account Executive:
- Going out on location to shoot content for a range of brands, spanning travel, leisure, retail and finance.
- Capturing high-quality short-form video on iPhone or camera, working confidently in fast-paced environments.
- Editing videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Turning insights into action: analysing performance and using learnings to guide creative direction.
- Owning the full content process from ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and publishing.
- Collaborating with photographers, influencers, designers and account teams to deliver cohesive and engaging campaigns.
- Leading content shoots, managing shoot plans, storyboards and creative briefs.
- Acting as a creative expert for clients.
- Presenting concepts, explaining rationale and confidently recommending what will work on social today.
Experience:
As a Senior Social and Content Account Executive, you’ll already be in a similar role and live and breathe all things social media, content creation and love staying up to date with the latest trends! Here’s a more in-depth look at what we’re after:
- A creator with proven experience producing short-form social content that performs, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- Strong experience shooting mobile-first content, with a natural eye for storytelling, trends and engaging hooks.
- Skilled video editor with the ability to turn around polished content quickly and creatively.
- Someone who’s confident presenting ideas, working with clients and guiding less experienced team members.
- A natural organiser with experience managing content calendars, shoot logistics and end-to-end workflows.
- A proactive thinker who keeps up with platforms, trends, formats and audience behaviours.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to create viral-ready content grounded in insight, creativity and brand tone of voice.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively on shoots.
- A passion for experimenting, testing and pushing creative formats.
- A genuine love for storytelling, community-building and platform culture.
This role is paying up to £35k, based on experience and expertise, alongside hybrid working, amazing office location and great benefits!
