The Role
- Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7
- Be the driving force behind boutique sales, delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients
- Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling
- Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
- Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it
- A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials
- A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
- Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player
Additional to the basic salary:
- £35K–£42K
- 2–3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus
- Generous clothing allowance + 50–75% staff discount
- Contributory pension & additional benefits
