Senior Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant in FMCG Commercial, Digital & E-Commerce.
Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid.
Base salary up to £40,000 DOE plus up to 35% commission.
This is a rare chance to own a fast-growing commercial FMCG niche inside an established desk. Digital, e-commerce and revenue-driving roles are exploding across food and drink, yet most agencies are still stuck placing the same legacy hires. This desk is being built properly from the ground up.
You will work with scaling FMCG and consumer brands on digital, marketing and commercial hires such as: CRM, performance marketing, digital product, e-commerce, marketplace, category and senior commercial roles.
This market moves slower than typical agency desks. Fees are higher, processes are longer and relationships matter. If you enjoy keeping multiple plates spinning and seeing a search through from first call to offer, you’ll thrive here.
Why this desk stands out:- Growing budgets across digital and commercial FMCG.
- Genuine gaps in hiring across category, brand and online revenue functions.
- No internal crossover. You own the space.
- High-value briefs in an underserved market.
- 360 Recruiter: You win the work and deliver it. Comfortable speaking to founders, CMOs and commercial leaders. Confident with BD and consultative sales.
- Delivery Consultant: You love the candidate side. Search, screening, process control, relationship building. You’ll work alongside a senior biller who remains client-facing, giving you full ownership of delivery with a clear path to 360 if you want it.
- Up to 35% quarterly commission.
- Hybrid setup in Edinburgh HQ.
- No KPIs or micromanagement.
- Grown-up culture led by people who still bill.
FMCG is going digital fast. If you’re going to build something, build where the commercial demand is rising.
