A growing project consultancy with a real point of difference that sets them apart from their competitors is looking for a number of Quantity Surveyors (Senior, Principal and Lead). You’ll be based on one of their largest customer’s site four days a week in the south of Staffordshire and will be working on complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- As a Quantity Surveyor, provide expert contractual and commercial advice across the lifecycle of projects whilst ensuring cost control and risk management.
- Deliver hands-on QS delivery across pre- and post-contract stages alongside strong stakeholder management.
- Depending on level and experience, undertake a mentoring or leadership role within the team.
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong commercial background with a proven track record of managing complex contractual environments, especially NEC forms.
- Experience within infrastructure / major construction projects.
Package
As there are roles available at Senior, Principal and Lead levels the salary on offer is fully flexible.
