Role: Senior Principal Designer
Location: Central London office - hybrid working week
Salary: Up to £65,000 + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that operates across 8 offices in the UK with a headcount of 1200+ construction professionals. Due to impressive growth plans and a number of large project wins, they are in the position to hire an experienced Senior CDM/Principal Designer to join the team out of the London office.
Responsibilities
- Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.
- Ensure that all sites are CDM compliant, and the relevant documentation is in place and up to date.
- Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015 e.g. CPPs, PCIs, H&S file, etc.
- Attend design team and client meetings and advise on risk.
- Carry out investigations into all accidents/incidents, fires and dangerous occurrences.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of H&S, including CDM and Environmental legislation.
- Carry out site safety inspections and site safety audits.
About You
- NEBOSH Construction (minimum).
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
- Member of IOSH or APS (desirable).
- Excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Full UK Driving license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
