Responsibilities
- Design, support, and enhance large-scale enterprise network infrastructure.
- Lead and support SD-WAN environments across WAN and branch connectivity.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex routing, switching, and WAN issues.
- Support and improve Cisco-based routing and switching estates.
- Deliver network upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.
- Work closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure performance and resilience.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation and network designs.
- Contribute to both BAU operations and project-led work.
Skills / Must Have
- Strong enterprise networking background with Cisco routing and switching.
- Proven experience with SD-WAN using one or more vendors, including:
- Fortinet SD-WAN
- HPE Aruba SilverPeak
- Cisco Viptela
- Versa Networks
- Cato Networks
- Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN
- VMware Velocloud
Nice to Have
- Fortinet SD-WAN experience.
- Exposure to F5 load balancing.
- Experience in regulated, transport, or critical national infrastructure environments.
