Location: Near Marlow area (Bucks/Oxfordshire border) (close to a train station) and parking paid.
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days from home (NOTE: During probation period, candidates are expected in the office full-time)

The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will work across a range of clients and sectors, managing integrated projects that span branding, strategy, and campaigns, including animation, social media, and websites. This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone confident leading conversations, building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Lead projects across branding, strategy, campaigns, social, animation, and digital
- Act as a senior point of contact, running high-level client conversations
- Spot opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business development
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Present ideas, proposals, and campaign updates confidently to clients
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager (or strong Account Manager ready to step up) within a creative or marketing agency
- Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, and digital marketing
- Confident communicator who can hold strategic, commercial conversations
- Highly driven, proactive, and opportunity-focused
- A natural relationship builder with lots of personality
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
