Established over 10 years ago, our client is a market‑leading legal services & technology provider, growing rapidly across the UK. They are a multi‑award‑winning organisation, working with a range of law firms & solicitors to streamline and boost efficiency across a range of processes. Following a period of high‑growth, they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is a key role for building & maintaining client relationships as well as driving revenue through upselling & cross‑selling. This organisation has a first‑class product offering and holds product development to a high standard within the business; they have recently acquired another organisation to help elevate their services & offering even further. This is a hybrid role for candidates based in the Southwest of England.
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain long‑term relationships with a range of new and existing clients (through email, telephone, online meetings and in‑person meetings)
- Act as main point of contact for full product portfolio
- Manage client onboarding & training as well as long‑term product support
- Regularly work with clients to ensure they’re getting as much out of the software as possible
- Identify areas for upselling & cross‑selling
- Effective CRM system management
- Collaborate with wider internal teams where necessary
The Successful Candidate
- 4+ years B2B account management experience; candidates with a variety of different backgrounds will be considered
- Experience selling into / managing solicitor or conveyancing firm accounts
- A law degree / law‑related degree would be a plus
- Based in the Southwest of England
Senior Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: up to ÂŁ50,000
- OTE: +ÂŁ24,000
