Consumers post about the brands they use and love on Instagram and instantly earn from that brand into their BrandPay virtual wallet — either per post or per like. That value can then be spent back with the brand or across the wider BrandPay network.

The Role

We’re hiring a UK-based Sales Representative to help bring BrandPay to ecommerce brands across the UK.

This is a remote, outbound‑led sales role, focused on selling BrandPay to ecommerce founders, heads of marketing, and growth and performance teams.

You’ll be selling a product with a clear ROI story that sits at the intersection of UGC, retention, and acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage UK ecommerce brands via email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
• Run discovery calls and demos
• Clearly explain BrandPay’s ecommerce use case
• Close qualified brands and support onboarding
• Own your pipeline and performance
• Hit monthly activation and revenue targets

Who This Role Is For

• 1–4 years experience in SaaS, ecommerce, MarTech, or digital sales
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Confident speaking with founders and marketers
• Solid understanding of ecommerce fundamentals (CAC, LTV, retention, UGC)
• Self‑motivated and remote‑ready

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta ads, or influencer marketing is a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience & location)
• OTE: £65,000 – £80,000+
• Uncapped upside
