Our client, a leading fastener manufacturer in West Midlands, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a background in metals who is ready to transition into the fastener industry. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, delivering an exceptional level of service.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to business growth.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in the metals or fastener industry is essential.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
