Join the Holmesterne Foods Family – We are hiring a Customer Service Hero! Do you love helping people, solving problems, and maybe even talking about food all day? Holmesterne Foods, a food production company known for our tasty products, is on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice (and helpful brain) for our customers. You will be based at our site at Brompton on Swale, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for our customers – via phone or email
- Help orders go smoothly, track deliveries, and swoop in to save the day when issues pop up
- Team up with our production, logistics, and sales teams to make magic happen
- Keep records neat and tidy
- Spot ways we can make things even better for our customers
You will need / Qualifications:
- A love for people and a knack for solving problems
- Previous customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in food!)
