Pitch is proud to be partnering with a fantastic full-service agency based in Warwickshire, which is continuing to grow its account handling team. This well-established agency delivers integrated, insight-led campaigns for a diverse client base across retail, consumer, automotive, and B2B sectors. Their work focuses on creating strategic solutions that drive meaningful brand exposure, engagement, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of multiple client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and trusted partner.
- Manage the full end-to-end client journey, from briefing and strategy development through to campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
- Develop campaign strategies and plans, coordinate multi-channel digital activity, provide regular client updates, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyse campaign performance, translate data into clear insights and recommendations that demonstrate value and success to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working within a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a client-facing Account Manager or Senior Account Executive role, confident managing integrated digital campaigns with minimal supervision.
Salary £30,000 – £35,000.
