A market leading multi-product retailer, specialising in premium lifestyle and home products, is looking for a retail manager to run one of its multi-million turnover flagship stores. The role of a retail manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service through a motivated and engaged store team. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of your store. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.
This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role. The ideal candidate will come from a retail environment which has a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience possible. You’ll be an experienced leader who has a passion for team development. This retailer places a huge emphasis on its people and is true to its company values.

In return, they are looking to pay a salary of up to £37,000 inclusive of a performance related bonus. You’ll also enjoy a work/life balance that you won’t get in a typical retail management role. You will work for three days, then have the next three days off, which means an extra 52 days per year! You’ll also benefit from less weekend working, allowing you more time to spend at home.
