The Role
We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Regional Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll guide Internal Sales Engineers, coordinate with specialists across Solutions, Marketing, Service, and Sales, and be the go-to person for your region.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and hit targets in your region
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for great customer outcomes
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Champion CRM best practices and data quality
- Organise impactful meetings and workshops
- Be the first point of contact for technical and customer issues
- Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales leadership (engineering sector preferred)
- Experience developing and coaching teams
- Strong commercial awareness and digital skills (Salesforce/SAP a plus)
- Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
- Ready to lead by example and drive engagement
