Job Title: Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: up to Β£45,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator, you will be supporting the lateral partner recruitment function for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the lateral partner team.
- Maintaining the applicant tracking process.
- Preparing interview schedules: sending calendar invites, preparing meeting details, and making information packets.
- Maintaining candidate files
- Communicating as needed with candidates, recruiters and internal stakeholders.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of staff and management.
- Previous experience working in a Recruitment/HR role at ideally a law firm.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
