Job Title: Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: up to Β£45,000 per annum

Our client is a premier global law firm renowned for its elite litigation, antitrust, real estate, and corporate practices. The firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and governments on high-stakes legal matters and complex transactions. The role

In your new role as a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator, you will be supporting the lateral partner recruitment function for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the lateral partner team.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking process.
  • Preparing interview schedules: sending calendar invites, preparing meeting details, and making information packets.
  • Maintaining candidate files
  • Communicating as needed with candidates, recruiters and internal stakeholders.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of staff and management.
  • Previous experience working in a Recruitment/HR role at ideally a law firm.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
